Choose your main dish (Hong Kong-style seafood fried rice or crispy lettuce fried rice with beef or Hong Kong chicken and mushroom congee)

Choose from a variety of sweets (classic exquisite mango pudding, rich black sesame pudding, melt-in-your-mouth lychee pudding, etc.)

Choice of pot tea (lychee tea, jasmine, pu-erh, or tie-guanyin)
